Shipping Partner

We work with Packeta, our trusted logistics partner, to deliver Smart Coffee orders across Europe.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within the EU: 3–7 business days, depending on your country.

  • Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat shipping fee applies per order, calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • Free shipping on all orders above €75 (after discounts and before VAT, where applicable).

Non-Delivery & Returns

  • If a parcel is not delivered and returned to smartcoffee, we will process a refund of the order value excluding the shipping cost.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

  • If you wish to have the order resent, new shipping fees will apply.

Customs & Duties (Non-EU Orders)

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund (including shipping costs in these cases).
