How long does shipping take?
For EU & UK orders, standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. For USA orders, expect 3-9 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout. Free shipping applies to EU & UK orders over €60, and USA orders over $120.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all EU & UK orders over €60 and USA orders over $120. For orders below these thresholds, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I return my order?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damaged item and packaging, then contact us at info@smartcoffeeeu.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to follow your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 1 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your Smart Coffee to you as fast as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@smartcoffeeeu.com. We can only make changes before the order has been dispatched (within 24hrs).
Do you offer subscription options?
Yes! You can subscribe and save 15% on your Smart Coffee orders. Subscriptions deliver on your chosen schedule (monthly) and can be paused, modified, or cancelled anytime from your account dashboard. Subscriptions ensure you never run out of your favorite blend.
Additional modifacations can be made like bi-monthly deliveries, please contact us via email or any social media or whatsApp.
How do I earn and use loyalty points?
You earn Smart Loyalty points on every purchase. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Log in to your account to check your points balance and see how to redeem them at checkout.

What is in Smart Coffee and is it safe?
Smart Coffee contains 17+ functional ingredients including hydrolysed Peptan collagen, MCT C8 and C10, L-Theanine, B-vitamins (B3, B6, B9, B12), magnesium bisglycinate, chromium picolinate, L-carnitine, L-tyrosine, taurine, Panax ginseng, and premium coffee. It contains no sugar, no lactose, and no artificial sweeteners. It's formulated by a Chemical Engineer and a Nutritionist & Naturopath, backed by clinical research.
How do I prepare Smart Coffee?
It's simple! Add hot water to 1 scoop (12g) and enjoy. You can also mix it with milk, add it to a smoothie, or blend it into your favourite recipes for a nutritional boost.
The solubility in the powder is extremely high and so when adding the water on top you dont even need to mix it.
Does Smart Coffee break intermittent fasting?
This depends on your fasting goals. Smart Coffee contains collagen peptides and MCT oil which technically contain calories, so it breaka a strict caloric fast.
However, many intermittent fasters use it in the morning because it doesn't trigger an insulin spike and supports fat-burning ketone production (doesn't break metabolical fast).
If you're fasting for autophagy, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider.
