Shipping Partner
We work with Packeta, our trusted logistics partner, to deliver Smart Coffee orders across Europe.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Times

Standard delivery within the EU: 3–7 business days, depending on your country.

Remote areas may require additional transit time.
Shipping Costs

Flat shipping fee applies per order, calculated at checkout based on destination.

Free shipping on all orders above €75 (after discounts and before VAT, where applicable).
Non-Delivery & Returns

If a parcel is not delivered and returned to smartcoffee, we will process a refund of the order value excluding the shipping cost.

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.

If you wish to have the order resent, new shipping fees will apply.
Customs & Duties (Non-EU Orders)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund (including shipping costs in these cases).
