Do I have to pay for any membership fee?
With a Smart advantage subscription, you only pay for the discounted product, without any membership fees.
How are the payments done?
The first payment occurs when signing up for the subscription and the rest are made every 30 days, automatically. The amount is paid via the registered card.
Can I cancel at any moment?
According to the return policy, it is possible to request the cancellation of the subscription within 14 calendar days after receiving the first box. The product must be without signs of use and must be returned by post, so that cancellation can be carried out.
After this period, the possibility of free cancellation will only be possible after at least 3 months in the subscription plan.
Is the shipping happening on the same date?
The entire payment and shipping process for your Advantage box is done automatically by our systems, every 30 days. In other words, based on the recurrence of your payment, the box is sent.
